As a turn-key robotic automation system supplier Encore integrates robotic systems in the Automotive, Aerospace and general industry markets. The work will be to manage the procurement process on behalf of Encore. Some of the tasks are listed but not limited to:
Processing purchase requisitions, gathering competitive bids, and submitting purchase orders to the supplier
Following up with the supplier for on-time delivery
Finding new suppliers to meet Encore’s needs
Receiving, checking, and storing parts received
Basic qualifications
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Basic industrial mechanical knowledge
Basic industrial electrical knowledge
Basic industrial pneumatic knowledge
Basic knowledge of obtaining quotes and following up
Experience working with an ERP system
